The children have been busy designing their menu for Census Day on 5th October. The child with the winning menu for Charleton will receive a £10 book token, and there is a £750 prize for the school that provides the winning menu! Every child from Nursery to Year 6 will receive a free school meal on 5th October (prizes and meals have been funded by Finance and will not come out of the school budgets) and there will be an additional £750 going to the school with the highest percentage of take up of a dinner on Census Day!
